“The Little Book of Hockey Sweaters” by caricaturist Anthony Jenkins. This drawing is from volume 2, page 171. Dave Keon played his entire career wearing #14 with the Toronto Maple Leafs. In volume 1, page 99, Jenkins did another Keon portrait.
